AI-driven behavior analysis
LLM-assisted intent modeling across command cadence and session behavior.
Ghost Protocol is an AI-powered cyber deception platform that transforms attacker activity into session-level intelligence, MITRE-mapped behavior, and analyst-ready reports.
RESEARCH PROTOTYPE: built for controlled attacker engagement and attribution
Project Overview
Ghost Protocol captures attacker sessions inside a controlled deception layer, observes real tradecraft, and turns that activity into actionable intelligence for SOC and threat teams.
LLM-assisted intent modeling across command cadence and session behavior.
Automatic technique tagging for every meaningful adversary action.
Dynamic risk scoring updates as attacker behavior evolves in-session.
Believable terminal environments that safely contain and observe attackers.
A research-grade AI cyber deception platform that safely contains attacker sessions and converts them into intelligence.
Not a firewall replacement and not an auto-block product. Its job is controlled engagement, attribution, and analyst context.
SOC analysts, threat intelligence teams, blue teams, and cyber research programs that need attacker behavior visibility.
How the platform pipeline works
How it works
AI Orchestration Layer
A policy-constrained AI orchestration layer coordinates capture, intent inference, ATT&CK mapping, and reporting so defenders get usable context while the session is still active.
When an intrusion session begins, Ghost Protocol starts telemetry capture and session profiling from the first command.
The attacker is kept inside a realistic but isolated environment so their behavior can be observed without exposing real infrastructure.
Behavior is mapped to ATT&CK techniques, risk is scored, and attribution evidence is compiled for analyst review.
Live demo
The runtime view captures commands, inferred intent, ATT&CK mapping, and risk progression, then packages it for SOC workflows.
Capabilities
A clear workflow from containment to intelligence output, designed for practical security operations.
Attackers interact with a controlled SSH environment designed to look authentic, while real production infrastructure remains isolated.
Each observed command is evaluated to infer operator intent, behavior pattern, and likely objective in the current session.
Session events are classified into ATT&CK tactics and techniques so analysts can reason about attacker progression quickly.
Risk level updates continuously as behavior evolves, making escalation and triage decisions faster for SOC teams.
Every session can produce a structured report with key actions, inferred objective, and mitigation guidance for follow-up response.
Design Partner Signals
Structured pilots with blue teams shaping product behavior and threat-intel output.
"Ghost Protocol gave us attribution context we normally lose after exfiltration."
Head of Detection Engineering
"The deception fidelity is high enough that attackers fully commit to the hallucinated path."
Principal Security Architect
"Command-cadence profiling surfaced operator intent much earlier than classic honeypots."
